If the item is not as expected, we are happy to assist you with exchange or return according to the following policy:

Time Frame

Exchange: Available within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Return: Available within 48 hours only from the date of receiving the order.

(This is to ensure product quality.)

Order Delivery Condition

The full order must be received upon delivery.

It is not allowed to accept one item and refuse another at the time of delivery.

If you wish to return an item from your order, the full order must first be received, and then the return process can be initiated.

Exchange & Return Conditions

To be eligible for exchange or return, the item must be:

  With the original tag attached and in its original packaging

  Accompanied by the shipping invoice
  

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, exchange or return is not allowed in the following cases:

  Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing
  

Shipping Fees

In case of an error from Al Yasser:

If the item has a manufacturing defect or the wrong size or color was sent, Al Yasser will cover all shipping fees (both ways).

In case of customer request:

If the customer wishes to change the size or model without any defect, she will bear the shipping cost for both the returned item and the new item.
